Who is this person in my thoughts? What is it?

I notice this person all the time. It raises my curiosity every time i see it.

I can usually create an assumption of a persons personality in my mind but not this person. And in the most fundamental ways. SERIOUSLY!

Its probably best not to approach until i have more certainty. My aim is not to embarrass. I just have a desire to know awkward things. Things you shouldn't ask a stranger but can only receive the truth from such a person?
